Data on Figure 1 represents the organizational chart of the project management team for Virginia Square Phase II. The FDIC Board of Directors oversee the Executive Oversight Committee. The Executive Oversight Committee oversees the Project Team. A separate group - the Disbursement Advisor and Consultant reports directly to the Executive Oversight Committee. The Project Team oversees the Development Manager who oversees the General Contractor and the Architect and Engineer.
