Figure 3: Structure of the FDIC's Capital Investment Review Committee

The Co-Chairs of the FDIC's CIRC are the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Information Officer (CIO). CIRC members representing the Legal Division, the Line Divisions, the Support Divisions and the Executive Offices report to the Co-Chairs. CIRC members specifically include:

  • General Councel from the Legal Division;

  • The Directors of the Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection (DSC), the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships (DRR) and Division of Insurance and Research (DIR) representing the Line Divisions;

  • The Directors of Division of Administration (DOA) and Division of Finance (DOF) representing the Support Divisions; and

  • The Deputy of the Chairman representing the Executive Offices.
